Una vez más encantado con los retos de YOR.
En este reto trate de estar lo más disciplinado pero una u otra cosa pasa que distrae el objetivo, más no se pierde nada por qué con YOR es un echo que se tiene los cambios que uno espera.
Es este reto tome mi aceite de limón con agua tibia en ayunas, mrp por las mañanas con 1/2 plátano y 3 cucharadas de avena en ojuelas.
En la colación fibra
En las comidas mis digestivas
Durante el ejercicio muscle energy y berry Bblast.
En la cena digestivas y antes de dormir YOR repair.
También me unte aceite de toronja con coco por las noches después de bañarme en el área del abdomen, que es en donde está la huella de todo lo que he bajado y el camino de estos retos y que gracias a estos aceites e ido combatiendo la piel flácida que ha sido testigo de mis retos.
