Participar en este reto en realidad ha sido un desafío, me siento contenta porque vi cambios en mi.
Inicié con 68kg y al final del reto 62 kg.
Tomó el aceite de limón una gota todas las mañanas, después una cápsula de probioticos, súper green y yor shape 2 cápsulas. Después me tomó el yor Shake . Antes de comer 2 cápsulas de yor shape y yor digest Ultra en la comida, en la cena 2 cápsulas de yor shape y después yor Shake. Además tomo aceite de jengibre a media mañana todos los días.
Voy a nadar una hora lunes, miércoles y viernes.
