Estoy muy muy muy contenta con mi segundo ciclo de este reto!!.

Esta vez hice unos pequeños cambios, procuraba hacer un poco de actividad física, para ser sincera corría o nadaba aprox. 3 veces a la semana unos 30 min, ya que mi condición física aun no es muy buena. Pero con los productos cada vez me siento mas motivada y mas contenta con mi cuerpo porque empiezo a notar cambios muy padres.

Por las mañana me tomaba mi SuperGreens que es mi producto favorito de la compañia por que es super refrescante, la MRP porque me encanta su sabor y la fibra que no puede faltar, y en ocasiones el Berry blast
En las tardes me tomaba 2 vitaminas y 2 digest.
Y por las noches mis 2 reparadores y 1 probiotics.

Este reto ha sido para mi una forma divertida para cambiar pequeños hábitos, que haciendo yo sola seria mucho mas difícil, pero como lo eh hecho con mis amigos, mi familia y mi novio la verdad es que no ha sido para nada complicado y muy satisfactorio sobre todo por los resultados obtenidos.
