Hello Yor Health friends!
My name is BreeAna Ruiz. I'm 22 years old. This is my second 8 week best body challenge. When I first started this challenge I weighed in at 258lbs. I decided that my first challenge wasn't enough and I wanted to keep going to better my health. Now I weigh 246 pounds so I've lost a total of 12 pounds this challenge which is great because it's always been hard for me to drop weight and actually keep it off or even maintain what I've lost. Since taking everything I feel so much better! If I miss taking something I can definitely feel it! Especially my digest ultra when I eat. So now that I've finished this challenge and I am definitely going to do another one.
Every morning- 1 repair ultra and 1 probiotic
Breakfast- MRP chocolate shake with 2 vitamins
Morning snack - 1 packet of super greens
Lunch time - 1 to 2 super slim 30 minutes before eating, then 2 vitamins and 1 to 2 digest ultra within a couple bites of eating
Snack time- MRP chocolate shake and 1 packet of berry blast
Dinner time- 1to2 super slim 30 minutes before eating, 2 vitamins and 1 to 2 digest ultra within a couple bites of eating.
Bedtime- 1 repair ultra
During my challenge I have exercised 3 to 4 times a week. Now that I accomplished this challenge I am now on to my next one. I am very excited and amazed with my results so far! Thank you Yor Health for your very amazing products!
