Mi peso inicial era de 64 kilos la meta se planteo en alcansar los 66 mi peso actual es de 65,400.
Entrene de lunes a viernes las primeras 4 semanas con una rutina de ejercicio general (dos ejercicios de cada musculo) despyes de la 4ta semana comenze con una rutina por secciones espalda, pecho, pierna,hombro,brazo y abdomen una seccion por dia de lunes a sabado.
En la 5 semana tuve una lecion en el hombro derecho lo cual me obligo a bajar el ritmo y tomar un descanso de 1 semana, entrene tomando yor shake suplemento alimenticio lo cual me ayudo a mantener un ritmo y energia conciderable en mi dia a dia... estoy contento con el resultado aunque se que no entrene al 100% por mi hombro pero seguire esforsandome para logramar mejores resultados
