Before I did the challenge I was 140 lbs, but after the challenge I ended with 141 pure muscles. I ate horribly before the challenge and gain lots of fat, therefore I told myself I need to turn these fat into muscles. I started to train and eat differently, I cut down my training from 2 hours to 1 hour and incorporated running 1 mile 3 times per week. I do weightlifting about 5-6 days per week, and product wise I use the shakes combine with 1 drop of peppermint essential oil each morning and night before bed, and use muscle energy right after the gym. I ate 2-3 meals per day along with taking my digest ultra/vitamins/fiber/probiotics. I would snack in between my meals which consist of greek yogurt combine with granola. Honestly I didn't know how this new training and eating would help me, but turns out I really love my results. My body has gotten leaner, it looks like I got bigger and my skin is much more tighter. I would say this challenge was one of the best I ever did because I noticed the changes of performance and muscle growth in my upperbody and especially my legs. I can say that there is alot of stretch marks in my thighs because of the challenge. Although I didn't quite get to my goal, I have to say I have seen big improvements.
