This 8 week challange was a little different for me as I had the advantage of using both supplements & essential oils
I decided I needed to get back on track with my body, as I had hit a bit of a rough patch which resulted in a few binges & less energy, which in turn didn't help with my body image & weight.
Through incorporating the supplements and essential oils in my daily life, I was able to boost my energy levels, help keep my cravings at bay and focus on developing a stronger mindset and enjoy work outs again
I work out 5 days a week for 45-60 minuets.

I started my mornings with a super shake including greens, fiber & berry blast with a drop of pink grapefruit oil.

I would have my ultra digest with my main meals as well as vitamins and sip lemon water through out the day.

And yummy vanilla MRP post work out or chocolate with a drop of peppermint oil.

Before bed I used the ultra repair & probiotic, as well as diffused the sweet dreams blend.

If I started to feel the ache and pains from gym, I would use the clear mind blend to assist in recovery : )

Overally my energy level have improved, I'm recovering faster & lifting more in the gym. I am happy and healthy & have a much stronger mindset. Thank you YOR health for helping me back to a better me : )
