This current YOR best body challenge I was able to incorporate the use of Bare Oils, helping me stay injury free & recover faster : ) an amazing addition to my training, detox & sleep.

My goals for the challenge were to loose the few extra kilos I had gained from poor diet choices, while keeping my training consistent and heavy, as well as my calorie intake flexible, still being able to enjoy evenings out : )

My training consists of 5 days a week weights training and light cardio on the weekends

I start my morning with YOR super blast shake consisting of YOR Berry Blast, Super Greens & Fiber, and a drop of Essential Lemon oil keeping my energy levels high & assisting with detox.

I use my YOR Digest Ultra with my two main meals, along with the YOR Essential Vitamins.

Of an evening I use the YOR Ultra repair along with the Probiotic to ensure good recovery & gut health. I also diffuse the sweet dreams blend to ensure a good nights rest.

Pre and post work out I use the peppermint / clear mind oil for muscle recovery as well as frankincense.
And during the days / workouts boost blend is a favorite of mine to alleviate energy levels & because it smells amazing.
