Let me start by saying that I probably inquired multiple times about the 8 week challenge before I actually decided to do it. It was after a trip to Punta Cana, DR that I decided to go for it. Why? Well, because I did not like what I saw in those pictures! I was motivated and excited and glad that two of my close friends also decided to join the challenge.
Although I did want to lose some pounds, my main goal was not just to lower my number on the scale, but to physically see a change in my body, by looking firmer, toner and smaller in size, not just in pounds.
During these challenging 8 weeks, I've been faithful with the Yor Shake (Vanilla is my favorite), the Digestive Ultra enzymes (boy do those things work!), the Yor Complete Burn, Yor Repair and the Supergreens. All taken daily.
In addition, I was also more consistent with the gym, exercising anywhere between 4-6 days a week. A combination of both the products and exercise definitely allowed me to make progress and see the difference I see today.
As cliche' as it may sound, this challenge along with the products and motivation I received from my friends who are also doing the challenge, or have previously completely the challenge, really has made an impact on my life. It has proven to me, that if I use the right products, eat more natural foods and exercise consistently, my body will thank me. I truly have more energy now and more self-love simply because I dedicated time to myself and my health for a better ME. I know its a journey and the fact that I saw results in these 8 weeks, is definitely going to keep me going to see what another 8 weeks will do for me!
