Hey my name is Sam.. I started this challenge to get more energy, just feel better, exercise more and eat healthier..
For the first 4 weeks I only used the greens and the berry blast.. was exercising 5 times a week (just walking, jogging and physical labor at work)..
For the second 4 weeks I added the slim and the digest to my routine but also stepped up progress on the giant peice of art up my ribs, I've had 5 sittings so far.. Exercising got harder but I still did what I could..
I got a little sick in the middle where I had troubles breathing but I turned out ok..
I really enjoyed my first 8 week challenge and it won't be my last ?? I will go a full slim kit for my next one at the start of September..
Am so happy I did this, the exercising and healthy living won't end with the challenge ??
