Hola a toda la comunidad Yor Health!!!
La mayor parte de mi vida he tenido batallas para permanecer en un peso saludable, únicamente lo lograba mediante ejercicio físico. Sin embargo desde el nacimiento de mi último hijo (de 5 hijos) hace 11 años, no había tenido la determinación y voluntad suficiente para retomar el ejercicio con compromiso.
