pues aunque me falto unos kg. para llegar a mi peso ideal estoy feliz con mis resultados, mas porque mi alimentación no era buena porque aunque comia mucho nunca estaba satisfecha, mis primer producto YOR MRP que lo tomaba dos veces al día, una remplazando el desayuno y la otra remplazando la cena, solo hacia una comida y esa era la de la tarde, ya después empece a tomar la digest ultra, para que me ayudara mas con mi digestión, en cuestion del ejercicio, este lo hacia de lunes a viernes y eran sesiones de cardio que duraban de 30min a 45min.
con estos ultimos resultados estoy contenta pero se que me falta aun mas y puedo estar mejor, una de mis metas era sentirme mejor por dentro y por fuera, y creo que lo logre porque me veo un poco mas delgada y tambien me siento mejor con mi organismo ya que antes sufria de colitis y siempre andaba inflamada pero ahora ya todo eso quedo atrás pues solo estoy consumiendo los nutrientes, proteínas, vitaminas y minerales que necesito gracias al YOR MRP.
pero como ya dije creo quee aun puedo lograr mejores resultados.
