Hola mi nombre es Leticia, tengo 26 años y soy mamá de un niño de 1 año 8 meses, decidí iniciar el reto ya que después de mi embarazo quede con algunos kilos de más y con problemas en mi digestión.
Yo combine las dos líneas, suplementos y aceites bare oils.
La forma en la que complemente mi alimentación fue la siguiente:
Por la mañana al despertar tomaba un vaso con agua caliente y 2 gotas de aceite de limón en ayunas, 30 minutos antes de desayunar, comer y cenar tome 1 yor digest y algunas veces suplí la cena con mi yor Shake.
Combine mi alimentación con ejercicio al hacer 1 hora diaria de TRX de lunes a viernes.
Al término de estas 8 semanas puedo decir que estoy muy contenta con los cambios que vi en mi vida.
