Mi nombre es Frida Espadas y tengo 25 años, antes del reto me sentia siempre inflamada y mi digestion ya no era buena, con frecuencia me sentia desganada y con poca energía, mi autoestima estaba siendo afectada a pesar de "ser delgada", ocasionalmente hacia ejercicio y comia saludable, sin embargo mi salud estaba siendo afectada por muchos factores.A los pocos dias de comenzar a tomar mis enzimas y hacer colaciones o sustituir algun tiempo de comida con la malteada comence a notar que mi salud, mi energia y mi cuerpo comenzaban a verse mejor.
