Estoy super contenta con los resultados de este ciclo. estoy impresionada por cómo los pequeños ajustes, hacen una enorme diferencia.
mi peso inicial: 58kg. peso final: 56.3 kg.
Les cuento los ajustes que hice. me tomé 2 caps de yor shape + 2 caps de essential vitamins al despertar con mi yor shake de chocolate + 1 sobre de berry blast. durante la rutina de ejercicio (5 veces por semana, una hora) incluí en mi agua 2 gotas de la mezcla metabólica de BARE oils (16 gotas de jengibre, limón, menta y toronja y 5 gotas de canela)
llegando a casa hice una colación de frutas, yogurt con granola, o huevo + 2 caps de yor shape
Me tomé 2 caps de digest ultra a la hora del almuerzo .
luego hice una segunda colación y al final del dia cené yor shake con 1 gota de bare oils de menta.
antes de dormir, no olvidé mis dos caps de yor repair.
gracias al YOR Shape, pude bajar la pancita y los gorditos de los brazos y cintura. estoy muy emocionada porque de las 8 semanas , solo me apliqué 4 y aun asi obtuve buenos resultados.
