Desde niño el sobrepeso ha sido un reto continuo en mi vida y además por horario de trabajo difícilmente hago actividad física. Antes de este reto ya me había inscrito a otros pero no los hacía bien y al no ver resultados me desanimaba y no subía mis fotos y testimonio. Esta vez me prometí que si iba a terminar correctamente y ver resultados. Si bien en mi peso no tuve diferencia, si note menos volumen en mi abdomen y definitivamente siento que mi sistema digestivo funciona como debe ser. Mi régimen ha sido: Repair + Probioticos en ayunas, 1 hora después tomo supergreen + vitaminas y media hora más tarde desayuno con digest ultra. A media mañana tomo Shake con 1 scoop de fibra en la tarde como tomando digest ultra, a media tarde como colación tomo Berry blast y en la noche ceno otro Shake con un scoop de fibra
