Greeting YOR Family, wow let me say that I am feeling so much better than how I had for the past couple of years, I have a lot more energy than before and so much more motivation to get myself fit.

I exercise at least 4 times a week, when I first wake up I take 1 YOR Probiotic Ultra, 2 Essential Vitamins, and 1 Super Slim. 30 minutes before lunch time I take another super Slim and once I am finished with my food I take 1 to 2 Digest Ultra (depending on my meal) and 2 Essential Vitamins. I am also drinking a lot more water than before. For dinner I take 2 Essential Vitamins, 2 Digest Ultra. Right before I go to bed I take 1 Repair Ultra.

The challenge has had a huge impact on my life because I am becoming a healthier person and getting fit as well as helping feel better than before. Although I'm not at my desired weight I lost weight and I am now gaining muscle. I will continue to build a better me with YOR Health.
