Hello! My name is Anna and I'm 20 years old. And this is my first best body challenge :)

People call me "one of those lucky girls who can eat anything and still be skinny". Well, it's true to a certain extent. I used to eat what my heart wants and actually stay pretty slim. Little did I know this "paradise" won't last forever. I never chased skinny or dieting but feeding my body with unhealthy processed food with lots of calories and little nutrients for many years actually started showing it's consequences.

I moved to the US by myself a year ago. Having a busy schedule, multiple jobs and a lot of things to take care of I was always on the go, eating only 1 or 2 meals a day. At that time health wasn't far my priority.
I was working crazy saving money for a car, attorney and other so called "emergencies". The moment I started noticing changes in my body that I didn't like as well as a lot of health issues as feeling tired, having no energy and when I couldn't sleep because of terrible stomach pain I realised that the most important emergency is my health! I could use the bathroom only once in 4 days, crazy ... Ironically I was always laughing at my brother seeing him using the bathroom 2-3 times a day :) Only now being educated about health I realized that it's not by brother who is weird, it's me having serious digestive health issues.

Luckily I was introduced to Yorhealth a few months ago.Never in my life I could think a coincidence of bumping into a stranger and exchanging contacts would not just change my health and lifestyle but also save a lot of money on doctors and hospitals since I cannot afford them.

Plus 3 months of suffering from stomach pain just stopped after 1-2 days of detoxing with Yorhealth product. And even though my last 2 weeks of the challenge I was on road trip visiting friends and eating so much and not reaching my abs goal, I was very surprised to find out I have lost 7 pounds =o The reason why I was surprised is because I actually exercised only 3 times a week for 30 min at home and all those travelling eating out. I took 5-6 digests when I eat too much lol I'm very happy with my shift in lifestyle and health. I feel wonderful now having better digestion, skin, so much more energy and amazing friends in Yorculture!

My regimen.
I wake up and get 2 repairs followed by the supergreens. I have 3 meals a day, 2 of them is YorShake with fiber plus and 1-2 drops of Bare oils (I love adding lemon, pink grapefruit amd pepermint) . With solid meal I always made sure I get my digest ultras (normally 2). 15 min before my 3 main meals i take 2 superslim. I would have 2-3 snacks between meals which are berries, fruits,nuts or egg. At night I take 2 probiotics. drinking lots of water helps a looooot!
