Hello! My name is Zie! I am so excited to finish my challenge! I love entering the challenge because after every challenge I feel like a new person with more energy and motivation. Using the products along with exercising, my body had been progressing and transforming into the body that I have always dreamed about having. Before starting my first challenge, I would think that it is impossible for a person like me to have abs and a toned body. However, after seeing my progress from my very first challenge to the challenge today, I'm happy to say that the products have help me prove to myself that it is possible for me to have the body that I want.
During this challenge I've been able to tone up and build some muscle with the help of the products. In my previous challenges I usually do a lot of cardio and light weights. However, in this challenge I've decided to incorporate more weights and full body workouts to help my body tone up. With the products and the change in my workout routine, they've been working very well together in helping me perform better during my workout and keep me feeling energize throughout the day. I usually workout 6 days a week with one rest day.
Along with this, my regimen consists of:
Breakfast:
•2 vitamin
• 2 scoop of mrp/ 1 scoop of super green
1hr workout: 2 complete burn
Lunch:
• 2 digestives
• 2 vitamins
•meal prep: chicken salad/ broccoli &chicken/salmon
Snack: Fruits/nuts/mrp&supergreens
Dinner:

• 2 vitamins
•meal prep
night workout 1hr:
• 1 complete burn
Bed time:
•2 probiotics
