First off I’d like to start by saying that I’m the biggest skeptic ever. When a friend approached my wife and I with the challenge we did not believe a word of what she was saying. At the time I was also in the market for nutritional supplements, so I decided to give it a try. I really didn’t have anything to lose.
For over a year I was trying to gain muscle, but with all of the activities I’m involved in on a weekly basis, it was very difficult. My weeks are a mix of 40 plus hours at my job, crossfit training, rugby, taekwondo, soccer, and cycling. The first thing I noticed when I started using the products was a drastic difference in my sleep. Feeling more rested at night then turned into feeling more alive and energized during the day. Overall my body just felt like it was operating more efficiently.
My favorite product of all is the berry blast, I really like having that extra boost of energy when I need it especially with the activities I do. The MRP’s are also very tasty and the trying different recipes was a lot of fun for me.
My goal was to gain 10lbs of muscle and my final weigh in only showed a gain of 8lbs, but I am very happy with the results my wife and I have seen and felt from using these products. I will continue to compete in these challenges and will always learn from my past entries. Looking forward to raising the bar, by challenging myself, my family and anyone I come into contact with to lead a healthier life and share happiness.
