When I started the challenge, my weight was 169. Currently I am 157. My goal weight was 150 however, I think I did a pretty good job. I have more energy, my endurance when working out has increased, Im happier but most importantly I feel good.
Hands down, the supergreens are my favorite simply because its allergy season and I have not been hit yet with allergies. I also used the YOR MRP for breakfast, YOR Digest, Probiotics and the vitamins. On a good day I would work out twice a day lifting weights in the morning and cardio in the evening but I worked out at least once a day for an hour or more.
Being in the challenge really made me stick to my plan. It made me stay consistent and focused on my goal. I absolutely love these products and cannot imagine myself not using it from this day on.
