My name is Jennifer Mena. I’m twenty-six years old. I’m from Boston, Massachusetts. I started using the products back in 2011. Here’s my story on how I got introduce by Chi Tran and Yor Health.
In 2011 I used to weight 185lbs. The reason was more about stress and personal health issue. I was struggling in losing weight I couldn’t understand why or how. I started noticing how my jeans and t-shirts weren’t fitting me at all. My doctor visit was more often than before and my lacks of exercise lead me to have trouble in being self-confident to myself image.
When I got introduce to Yor Health. At first I was skeptical, but when I saw many people who were using the product and had the same situation made me more convince that this was a big start for me and my health. The first product that I took was the whole set of 1 month. By taking the products and exercise right. Within the first two weeks I lost 10lbs and then another two weeks more I lost 8lbs. I was amazed how Yor Health products really did helped me take the first step in getting in shape and eat healthier.
In mid-November 2012 I failed in keeping myself in shape and gain 8lbs. I was before 160lbs. I’m 168lbs was looking forward to start all over and start losing weight and to start of my new year’s resolution schedule. When my friend Chi Tran mention about the Yor 8 weeks body challenge I was determine to join and start getting result back. When I started taking it again I took Yor repair and probiotics before I ate breakfast. Later took Vanilla MRP and started to mix it with natural fruits or add a mix of Yor berry blast. Two complete burn for the exercise activities such as cardio kickboxing and zumba fitness etc.
I often use the products everyday same routine Monday through Sunday. I exercise weekdays and when it is on the weekend I usually be taking the products even if I take a break in working out. My exercise routine is Zumba Fitness from the Nintendo Wii for 45 minutes burns calories, Wii Fit Plus for cardio boxing, Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing video for 25-45minutes. Sometimes I join my friend to go to the gym and run for 30-35 minutes on the running machine and focus most on the stomach. After being on the right schedule I lost in total 4lbs.
Yor Health products make you change the way you look and keep you motivated in reaching your goal. Not just by taking the products everyday it makes you learn how to eat healthy and create your own self- inspirational way throughout your challenge as well. I personally recommend to people who is starting the Yor products for first time and that is going through the same process as I was back in 2011. I’m glad I have a good coach and a friend who has motivate me to get back on track. Throughout this challenge I learn to keep my self-confident positive and keep going until I reach my weight goal. Thanks to my family and friends for supporting me. I appreciate and glad to become a healthy person again.
