At the start of the year i was 80kgs, that was one of my goals to reach that weight. The supplements helped me put on that size as I was going to gym as well. But I felt 80kgs was too heavy, I didn't looked like I when to gym lol, so I started to change my training and got down to 76kgs. At this points I wanted to enter into the challenge, because I knew with the products, nurtition and correct exercise it could help me reach my goal of 70kgs

The 8 week challenge push me to be consistent with using the Yor health products, push me to train harder, push me to develop new eating habits and correct foods.

In the final week of my chanllenge I started the go green/intermittent fasting guide!! With my last meal at 7pm and then sleep for 6-7hrs wake up and have my supergreens, berry blast and fiber with 1 drop of lemon essential oil and no solid food until 12pm! I allowed my digestive system to rest and recover and lose the last 1-2kgs that is always difficult to lose!

I gone pass my goal weight which was 70kgs, now I weighing in at 68kgs. This 8 week challenge has help my lose 8kgs!!!
