Hola familia yorbestbody, estoy contenta terminé mi reto, mi peso era 50.1 y terminó con 49.9 solo son unos gramos pero me siento satisfecha.
Mis medidas no tuvieron variación, tampoco en mi porcentaje de masa muscular tampoco varió, no he conseguido desarrollar más músculo por falta de tiempo un poco de enfoque, pero continuaré trabajando para ello. De lo si me gusto mas es que aunque no tuve el trabajo que necesito para desarrollar más músculo mantuve mi peso un poco abajo.
Amo todos los suplementos, lo único que adiocione fue yor sepelio dos al día, seguiré adelante nos vemos en el siguiente Reto.
