Hola, en mi trabajo la mayor parte del tiempo estoy sentado, esto ocasionó que subiera mucho de peso y que no me sintiera bien, estar de mal humor, por eso decidí participar en el reto de 8 semanas, comencé con un peso de 97kg, el ejercicio lo hice 3 veces por semana y no mas de una hora en cada sesión, conforme paso el tiempo me sentí mucho mejor, con mas animo y energía, pude recorrer un espacio en el cinturón y note que mi ropa me quedaba mejor, me desinflame, los productos que utilice fueron el Yor shake, digest ultra, supergreens y repair mi peso final no fue 96.5kg, no parece mucho pero en tallas y en como me siento creo que fue un gran avance, en mi próximo reto me aplicare más, hasta que consiga lo que quiero, que es estar en la mejor forma de mi vida!!
