my name is chinu, i did this challenge to challenge myself to see if i can be a better me! my before weight was roughly 165 lbs and after the 8 weeks i lost 15-17 lbs and no i'm at a solid 150 lbs. the product that i used was the core package, it came with the 2 flavor protein and the dietary pills. i took my product everyday but i also exercised everyday. i only took the protein for the first 4 weeks because i didn't have enough money for the second 4 weeks. but i still kept on working out! i wanted to look and feel better! in the second month i worked out hard and did 2 a days, like back in college when i played college soccer! i would run 6am and work on my soccer skills for 2 hours and then later that night around 5-7 i would do it all over again! it kicked my butt but i stuck to it! i feel i have more energy as i play in my men's league (soccer). how this challenge impacted my life was that i have been given a lot of complements by everyone noticing that ive lost weight and what i did to lose it! and wanted to know my secret. i just told them i did this challenge to feel and look better for myself as well as challenge myself to see if i can do it! also ive been more confident in just meeting and talking to new people. what this 8 week challenge thought me was that if you can put your mind to it you can do it! and you will see results and look and feel better too! just don't give up!
