El haberme animado a este reto en realidad representó un desafío enorme por que en esta etapa estoy aprendiendo nuevamente a cuidar mi cuerpo ya que desde hace 7 meses me estoy estrenando como mamá de un hermoso hijo que es parte de mi mayor fuerza para mejorar mi salud y querer llenarme de energía para disfrutar el mayor tiempo con ellos. Los productos que consumí fueron del paquete adelgaza y estoy encantada con las enzimas y los quemadores por que ayudaron a regular mi organismo así como el super green que es mi bebida favorita para estos días de calor y ansiedad, el ejercicio fue mínimo ya que con la cesárea me fue imposible tener tanto movimiento, sin embargo pude dar un paso importante a la meta que aunque no se logró en esta primera ocasión estoy segura que en corto tiempo podré hacerlo.
