Hey team. I have been involved with Yor Health for just over two years now and finally decided to 'complete' my first 8 week challenge. I have started a few 8WC's previously but never managed to follow through with it.

Although i have a fast metabolism and am one of the lucky ones who dont put on weight easy, i tend to stack around the mid section quite easily. McDonald's and fizzy drinks were a daily thing for me and I started to build what us fathers hate, "THE DAD BOD" (Skinny legs, skinny arms, no chest and a big gut). My commitment to myself with the challenge was to quit these!

I knew in order to promote healthy living i had to be the product of the product! For so long i took the supps quite regularly but never truly consistent, nor trained or ate healthy, so ultimately i never experienced entirely what my body could look like or feel.. until now!

I took all the supplements religiously to fill in the gaps for the 8 weeks expect used the YOR SUPERSLIMS for the last 2 weeks to try and lean out abit around the core. Trained 4 to 5 times a week at the gym, prepped clean meals, got rid of fizzy drinks completely and ate McDonald's twice in the 8 weeks as a posed to McDonald's daily previously.

I didn't realise how good I could feel from making healther habbits and taking care of my insides using our digestive supplements. Thanks YOR HEALTH it really is true what we say.. "We are what we absorb"
Really happy about the lifestyle changes i have made.
