Tengo 50 años de edad y la meta que quiero hacer es la de Definir, sé que con los productos de Yor Best Body lo voy a lograr. Voy a iniciar consumiendo el Probiotics y el Repair, para posteriormente tomar el Muscle al estar durante la rutina de ejercicios. Al finalizar la rutina tomare la malteada de Yor MRP junto con las vitaminas, el Fiber plus, el ultra Digest. Al medio día de colación me tomaré el Supegreens. En la comida tomare de nuevo las vitaminas y el Digest ultra. Como colación de las 6 pm tomare la malteada MRP. De noche cenare y antes de acostarme me tomaré el Repair por ultimo.
