Hey, I'm Chris Travers. I started using the YOR Health products to help with my anxiety, but I have ended up with so much more. I start my day with Supergreens and fiber. To get through a busy day at work I have a Berry Blast and Amino's and for after work I take the vitimans, pro-biotic and Digest Ultra. After a workout at the gym I take the ultra repair. I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week.
The impact on my life has been enormous. Not only have I lost weight but my health has improved. My anxiety is minimal and I am able to enjoy so much more life. I love hanging out with my 19 month old nephew and have the energy to play with him today. My starting weight was 80.5kg and I am now 82.5kg.
