This would be my 3rd or 4th Yor Best Body 8 Week Challenge that I have completed. Each one I have had incredible results and always really impressed with what the supplement range does for not only myself but all those who use them as well!
I have been on all the supplements for a while now and have got my own personal routine on using them. As follows on a daily basis it is along these lines;
Morning (5am)
1 scoop Supergreens

Morning break (9:30am)

The products are amazing and stopped me from food comas and bloating, also no trouble with digestion etc
With super long days with my job I was full of energy the whole time and never really slacked off. Had a few challenges along the way however was able to push through it!
