Hello guys! My name is Lukas, 21 years old from Sweden.
I really want to touch base with you and tell what an amazing challenge this is. Never seen a challenge transform so many others lifestyles and say the least turned my lifestyle around completely.

Reason why is because during the challenge, each day I wake up excited, checking next time I'll be able to excercise - waking up with a purpose has brought a big positive change to how I feel about and what I'm able to do with my days.

I've always had a lean almost skinny body at times but have had real big difficulties on gaining muscle mass.
