My name is Kelly Gerard, I am 47 and I have suffered with hashimoto's and fibromyalgia which meant that my weight has always been an issue. I have had poor health and have not been able to exercise to help loose weight as I would always be in pain. I have also had back reconstruction surgery which left me in constant pain.I have been to naturopaths, doctors and nutritionists and felt like it was a never ending battle to get healthy. Then I was introduced to YOR Health 360. I started taking the repair ultra and essential oils for the pain. My day starts with taking a repair ultra. Yor shake and Fiber plus for breakfast. Super slim before lunch. Supergreens and Berry blast with my lunch. Another super slim before dinner and essential vitamins, probiotics Ultra and Digest Ultra at dinner time. To finish off my day I take another repair ultra. This combined with the BARE essential oils, I am now able to do a gym workout for an hour a day. I have been able to walk without pain, do weights 3 times a week and I have energy to look after my Grandchildren. I love spending time with my family. I work a full time job.
