hola a toda la comunidad YOR, soy sandy del df, tengo 37 años pesaba 60 kg , este es mi tercer reto en el cual sigo convencida de los beneficios de esta maraviillosa linea , la cual utilice en este reto una gota de toronja en ayunas y la malteada como desayuno a las 8:00 am, disgestivos en mis comidas solidas por los cuales senti cambios en un instante solo depende de regresar a los buenos habitos y sobre todo no olvidar mis suplementos.
