Hola amigos de la comunidad del reto de 8 semanas. Les comparto que por años me convertì en un yoyo, subiendo de 10 a 5 kilos sin control.
A pesar de mis 11 años de ser diabètico, y mis 52 años de edad, hoy me siento muy bien, pues he mantenido por 3 años en 61 a 61.5 kilos al terminar este reto.
el cambio mas significativo ha sido en la energìa pues manejo hasta 12 hrs sin que me sienta fatigado.
Tomo las enzimas digestivas antes de la comida, 3 tabletas de vitaminas escenciales al terminar mis alimentos.
En la tarde antes de tomar el volante un Berry en una botella de agua. y si el viaje es largo una deliciosa malteada de Chocolate con una gota de Canela y una gota de Romero.
Aunque ha sido muy poco el ejercicio diario, me mantengo en mis niveles de deabetes, energìa y peso.
