My Challenge ^_*
Hello Everyone!!!! My Name is Sage and I am 20 years old. I started this 8-Week Challenge in order to become more healthy and to feel more comfortable in my own skin. When i started the challenge i felt that my body was heavy and i had not much energy to perform my daily tasks. Another reason was to prove to my parents that i could make myself look more skinny and beautiful. They always told me how fat i am and always compared me to other people of my age. It is very sad and hurtful that my own parents did not support me and did not love me for who i was and how i looked! My regiment of taking the products was as following: I took Probiotics Ultra and Repair Ultra in the morning when i woke up. Then i had Yor Super Slim and 15-30 minutes after i had Yor Shake. I usually mix Vanilla taste with Chocolate one. It tastes better than each one seperately. After breakfast i took Yor Vitamins. Before Lunchtime I took Yor Superslim. After 15-30 minutes I had my lunch. I tried to eat healthy most of the time, but sometimes it was just more easy and comfortable to eat whatever my aunt made the day before. After my first bite of my lunch i tool Yor Digest Ultra. After lunch of course Yor VItamins. At 5 o'clock I took Yor Supergreens mixed with Yor Fiber Plus. Before dinner time at 7:00 pm i took Yor Superslim. After 15-20 minutes i had My Shake one more time and after i finished my shake i took Yor Vitamins. Before Bedtime i took Yor Probiotics Ultra and Repair Ultra. I think that i worked hard when i had time to reach my goal! As i was working 3 days a week and did not really have time to workout on these days i don"t think that my results are as great as they should be...but all i all i am satisfied with Yor Health products. They really helped me to detox my body from those harmful substances inside my body. Also, they helped me not to crave for unhealthy food and change my lifestyle!
