Hola a todos, yo sigo manteniendo mis retos ya que para mi ha sido super importante como el mantener habitos, suplementacion y aceites es muy facil mantener un cuerpo sano y que a mis 41 años y 2 hijas pueda estar como cuando hacia mucho ejercicio y no tenia hijas. La verdad no cuido mucho mi alimentacion mas soy super constante con los suplementos y los aceites.
