my name is Chris and I took on this challenge to get back on the horse of weight loss after losing 20kg over a 12 month period. I used yor meal replacement shakes first just cutting out 1 meal a day but because of my job I decided to cut out 2 meals and I found that worked for me. I also took super greens and I had a few berry boost as well which I took in the morning and one in the afternoons. I took yor probiotic b4 bed and I took the digestive enzyme which works wonders I found. my main source of exercise was boxing and swimming.
