Hola amigos retedores aqui estoy otra vez,contento de haber terminado este ciclo de reto,en esta ocasion mantube mi peso y mi regimen fue el siguiente:

Repair y Probioticos en la mañana muy temprano, despues de una hora Yor Shake ,a medio dia la comida acompañada de Digest Ultra,a media tarde (4:00 p.m) Super Greens , ya en la noche antes de dormir nuevamente Yor Shake .

Nota:
En las mañanas que me tomaba el Repair y los Pribioticos lo hacia con un vaso con agua con el jugo de un limon y una cucharada de semillas de chia.

El Super Greens lo licuee con agua,hielo y tres rebanadas de piña.

Tal vez a alguien le interese estos modos de preparacion que hice yo.
