Hello YOR Health community members and friends! My name is Mai Vue and I’m 20 years old. Before I got started with YOR Health, I was this athletic girl that always stayed in shape. Then college came along, and it completely crashed me physically, emotionally, and financially. I barley saw sunlight my first year. I would have class early in the morning, then off to work right after. The days I’m off from work, I would stay in the Learning Resource Center, tutor/quiet lab, to get my homework done since I lived without internet at home, pretty much, my entire life. When I’m hungry, I would get chips from the vending machine, fresh crispy French-fries from the cafeteria, or bring junk food from home because it’s convenient. In Wisconsin, it can get really cold, so I would wear sweaters and jeans to school every day because that is what I'm comfortable in. Also, I am able to let my muffin top hang and no one will notice. The last three weeks of my second year in college, I gained additional 5lbs. to the other 5 lbs. that I already gained in the course of my college career. During finals week, I would always binge eat or feed myself with whatever is given for free on campus, because who doesn’t like free food. When finals was over, I sat down and realize how unhealthy I gotten. Then process my thoughts and said, if I don’t start making changes today of how I look, dress, and feel about myself, I can lose myself or my love ones someday. Then one day I received a message from Tim, from YOR Health, and that’s how everything changed.

When I first started my journey with YOR Health I was a little nervous, but at the same time super excited. When my products arrived I was so excited to see what YOR health has to really offer. First week I ran on the cardio three times a day for one mile. Then worked on my legs with different machines. I lost 3-4 pounds. It’s crazy! I couldn’t lose that much in two months! The old days, I would exercise 3-4 days for 1-2 hours and lose maybe 2 pounds the most in on month. With the help of YOR health products, I’m able to transition myself from eating good and still maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The second to fifth week, I did minimal exercise, which is abdominal workouts and squats at home, since I don’t have a gym membership anymore. But the thing I love about YOR health products is that you don’t have to put a lot of effort to get slim. The products does it all! The last two weeks of my challenge, I ran a total of seven miles. As the products are cleansing and detoxifying my body from the inside out, also I use essential oils to help clear my skin from the outside in. That’s why it’s called YOR Health 360! On my last day of the challenge, I weighed 130 lbs. I lost a total of 9 lbs! It’s crazy how much weight I lost with little effort! Can't stress enough about that already.

My Regime:
Wake-up: On an empty stomach, 1 Probiotics Ultra and 1 Repair Ultra.
Breakfast: 1 Super Slim 30 minutes prior 2 scoops of chocolate/vanilla shake with 8-12 oz. of water. After shake I take 2 vitamins.
Snack: Varieties of fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, white peach, apple, orange, etc...
Lunch: 1 Super Slim 30 minutes prior meal. Meal consist of salad with nuts and hard boil eggs or chicken breast, raw bell peppers, and sweet potato. Then 2 digest ultra and 2 vitamins.
Snack: 1 scoop of Super Greens with 1 berry blast and a drop of lemon.
Dinner: 1 Super Slim prior 2 scoops of chocolate/vanilla shake with 8-12 oz. of water. After shake, 2 vitamins.
Then workout depending on the day, I’ll either work on my abdominals, legs, and arms; or run for 1-2 mile around the neighborhood.

Even though the challenge has ended, I will continue to improve and stay consistent with myself on forward. I can’t explain how grateful and blessed I am with the changes of YOR Health has done so far. Quite excited to start my sculpt challenge near the future. I feel so much more confident about my overall health, knowing that I'm feeding my body with nutritious food. I know if I keep it up, one day, I can inspire someone and be the reason for their motivation. Thank you!
