At the beginning when I started the challenge I was doing it more so for me to stay in shape and finally get the definition that I always wanted, but I understood that there is a process and that anybody can see results with the 8 week Challenge
Taking YORHealth seriously and religiously as prescribed every day for the past 8 weeks, played a big role into having more definition and more results.
I don't do an strictly diet because I still want to have a balance of what I can eat and the things that I know are the best choices, but thanks to the Digest Ultra that's not an issue.
I used the Sculpt set
Morning/Rising bed
I took 1 probiotic and 2 repairs, then right after I took 1 scoop of Super greens with 1 package of Berry blast to start the day with energy.
After the gym, I mixed the Fiber plus with the YOR shake and sometimes I mixed the peppermint essential oil in there to add a different flavor.
With Every Meal I took 2 Vitamins and 1 Digest ultra.
At the ends of the 5th week I started to take the YOR Super Slim to shred more fat and keep my hunger low! (Which it worked out).
Overall I’m super happy with this line of products I take them daily and I know I’m making the right choices for my body! I feel it; I see it and now people are commenting about it!!
