Mi peso cuando inicie el reto era de 114Kg al terminarlo fue de 104Kg en cuanto los productos tomaba MRP, SuperGreens, Essential Vitamin, Probiotics Ultra, Digest Ultra y de vez en cuando Fiber Plus y Repair.
No fui estricto con los produtos pero traba de seguir este orden, después de hacer un poco de ejercicio en la mañana MRP+SuperGreens y de vez en cuando le agregaba Fiber Plus, en la tarde a la hora de la comida consumia 2 o 3 capsulas de Digest Ultra y al finalizar 2 de Essential Vitamin, por la noche cenaba MRP+SuperGreens y antes de dormirme una capsula de Probiotics Ultra.
Las primeras 2 semanas o 3 del reto solo hacia 3 veces por semana ejercicio después, de Lunes a Sábado y algunos días doble session, muy rara vez.
Me gustó esto del reto porque me hacia esforzarme para ver un cambio en las fotos del antes y después, el querer ver cambiar mi cuerpo y mejorar mi salud, hay muchos testimonios que te inspiraban a esforzarte aún más, espero que mi testimonio le sirva a otras personas.
