Es bonito y a la vez dificil hechar a andar el auto cuando ha estado tanto tiempo estacionado, asi estaba mi cuerpo!
Siempre me gusto hacer ejercicio y cuidarme, despues de tener a mis hijas el enfoque estuvo mas en ellas, asi que poco a poco deje de lado mis gustos!
Por eso tome este Reto, para desafiarme a mi misma que apesar de la edad y familia puedo cuidar de mi cuerpo para mantenerlo en forma
Me gusto, el programa, me senti muy bien, y me voy a volver a inscribir, en 8 semanas yo siento y noto cambios positivos y creo que puedo lograr mucho mas
