Hola! Este es mi tercer reto cumplido y la verdad estoy muy contenta con los resultados logre bajar de 20% a 17% de grasa corporal que ha sido lo más difícil para mi bajar pero con los suplementos todo lo hacen más sencillo, después de casarme mi esposo y yo decidimos hacer el reto para empezar una vida más saludable juntos.

Mi alimentación ha sido igual solo la complemento en la mañana con YOR Shake y Fiber, a media mañana Super Greens, a la hora de comida unos 30 minutos antes tomo YOR Shape y YOR Digest Ultra y las Essencials Vitamins al inicio de la comida.
