Hola familia yorhealth!
Estoy feliz con los resultados este es mi quinto ciclo :D
La plataforma me ha ayudado a mantenerme, y este reto en especial rompí el limite porque había estado estancada en el peso, baje dos kilos me siento super bien, mi cuerpo es otro (literal) y ya no se nada de problemas digestivos.
Siendo sincera no lleve dieta y casi nada ejercicio y poco disciplinada con los productos.
Estoy tomando en ayunas probioticos, complete burn supergreen, berryblast con una gota de aceite esencial de toronja, en el transcurso del dia tomo agua con una gota de aceite de limon y de cena la deliciosa malteada de vainilla que la amo!
