Hola a todos, mi peso con el que inicie fue de 52 kilos y logre llegar a 49 , mi meta era de 48, pero me siento contenta porque termine un reto más, no logre la meta que me puse, sin embargo me siento bien físicamente con mucha energía , baje una talla que si estaba en mi meta. A lo largo de varios retos que he Estado he bajado ya 12 kilos. A sido tiempo de generarme algunos habitos en mi alimentación combinada con los suplementos. Los cuales consumo todos, porque a mis 60 años necesito toda la suplementacion posible y Afortunadamente en este momento me encuentro perfectamente en mi salud. Para poder llegar a mi peso ideal necesito también hacer algo de ejercicio, el cual ya lo empecé en este reto de 3 a 4 días por semana y gracias a Yor y a este reto, porque me ha encaminado también al hábito del ejercicio.
