Antes de que se lanzará el Reto en enero del 2013, yo me encontraba contento con mi peso. Ya había bajado 24 kilos, estaba delgado, y me veía bien. Cuando me uno al Reto decidí tomarme en serio el cuidado de mi cuerpo y aplicarme en el gimnasio.
