Hola, soy Rodrigo y este es mi 2o Reto de 8 semanas Yor Best Body!!
Me siento muy contento de participar nuevamente ya que he visto resultados significativos en mi cuerpo y sobre todo en mi confianza para el cumplimiento de metas, como lo ha sido el GANAR EL 3er LUGAR DEL CAMPEONATO ANUAL en la categoría definir.
En cuanto a mi régimen, te cuento un poco:
-En Ayunas 2 gotas de Bare Oil de limón con agua tibia y probioticos.
-Desayuno: Yor Shake con Berry Blast, manzana y frutos rojos acompañado de 2 Vitamin, 1 Digest, y 1 Shape.
-Colación: claras de huevo con atún.
-Comida variado con alto contenido de proteína (carnes rojas, pollo, pescado) acompañado de 2 Vitamin, 1 Digest, y 2 Shape.
-Colación: Supergreens con Berry Blast.
-Cena: atún con verduras acompañado de 2 Vitamin, 1 Digest, 2 Repair y 1 Shape.
En cuanto a la rutina de ejercicio, aproximadamente 1:20 hrs. efectivas de ejercicio diario durante 5 días promedio a la semana en trabajo de pesas (al final del ejercicio 3 scups de Muscle Energy).
Por lo anterior y para concluir, mi objetivo es seguir trabajando en mejorar como persona, conmigo mismo y proyectarlo hacia mi entorno.
