Hello everyone, my journey through the best body challenge was fun and a challenging. It started out with me purchasing a set then working on my cardio. since I don't heavily favor stair masters or running outside very much I decided to play sports (Basketball). The constant change of motion and fast pace allowed me to sweat, to the point that my t-shirt was soaked. I admit that I was not always willing to go to the gym do to being lazy or aching from the previous game or workout. That's were my friends helped out by asking and pushing me to go when I sometimes just wanted to sleep or relax. Through the challenge I have used the products steadily to assist me with digestion when I had my cheat meals and complete burn especially when I worked out. Through the products and friend also in the challenge help me to final meet my goal of get back to 235lbs. Can't wait to join the next upcoming challenge and get more sculpted.
