Mi nombre Es blanca y empece el reto de 8 semanas para estar mas saludable y tener mejor calidad de vida, mi peso al comenzar el reto era 150 lbs y hoy al terminar Es de 140 lbs estoy Muy contenta por que pude cumplir mi meta de peso de este reto y pienso seguir bajando y llegar a mi peso ideal, empece substituyendo un licuado en la mañana en ves de un desayuno regular use el licuado de chocolate, con fibra y verdes y para las 12 Del medio dia tomaba mi Berry blast y antes de mi comida 30 min antes 2 capsulas de slim, tambien tome Mis vitaminas que me ayudaron a sentirme todavia mas saludable y con energia , muchas gracias a YOR por tener estos suplementos buenisimos que nos ayudan a lograr metas personales y estar saludables y a ustedes por su voto muchas gracias y deseo con todo mi corazon ganar el reto y seguir adelante con mas ganas. ??????
